Workers with specific skills and have deeper experience in the work they are engaged in.  This type of SSW  has no work visa extension restrictions, and can bring family to Japan. 

General Requirements to Become a Tokutei Ginou

• Male or female aged 18-35 years
• Have a height of 165 cm (male) and 155 cm (female)
• Physically and mentally healthy
• No piercings or tattoos
• Not color blind
• Photocopy of ID card
• Photocopy of diploma
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Family Card 
• Police Certificate
• 3×4 photos (5 sheets)
